Happy Birthday, Lily Evans Potter!

"The entire room had lit up upon her entrance, and yet none of these details had any effect upon Lily. She barely saw them, for suddenly her eyes were blurred by tears.

    @Anon 109: Yes. Mrs. Evans is in Chapter 30, and Mr. and Mrs. Potter will resurface later on.

    This just killed me a little inside. The more I read LAT, the more I forget what happens to them all in the end. Especially Remus, whose death doesn't upset me so much as his life, as he outlives so many of the people he truly cares about.

    That being said, I can't wait until seventh year starts. Happy birthday, Lily!

    i agree with anon 1:27 Every time i think of them growing up I realize how young and the noble way in which they all die. It makes me so sad :/
    but it makes me love them more (:

    It's so sad. But it really made me happy when Harry saw them all together in the end!
    Happy birthday, Lily Evans! You're personality in TLAT is as bright as I think your hair is aflame, which makes you one of my favorite characters. Beside Sirius who is a hoot. Happy writing, Jules! Do we get a present because it's Lily's birthday? Perhaps a small excerpt?

    Well, it is fun to write, and a lot of it is coming really easily to me, but I've also got a lot of things going on, so I'm not quite sure. Hopefully a week or two more.

    I wonder what happened to make Lily this distraught.She's one of my favorite character in this story and it's hard to imagine that she wikk die only a few years later.
