In honor of the royal wedding, can we get a tiny excerpt from the future when James and Lily are together? Because as big and celebrated as the royal wedding was (gorgeous dress) I would rather see James and Lily get hitched. I'd get up at 5 am to see that.

Read and loved it. I never really liked the "gingersnaps" explanation. Personally, I thought it was a bit of a cop-out. I had originally that it was in reference to Lily's behavior towards James - she's always "snapping" at him and making "snap" judgements. But this is much better than that. Oh, how I love this James. Also, makes you think that every time he calls her by it, he is reminded of his feelings for her. And that despite his feelings towards/for The Puppy-Killer, Lily is still the only one to make his heart "snap". Lots of Love, y'all!

ReplyDelete@Jenn: Oh yes, that is true. Toast goes so well with Bacon -- in fact, it is the perfect pairing. (Hehe this reminds me of a Ch. 32 non-spoiler: Lily has toast and bacon [as well as fruit] for breakfast.)
