I am so excited for a marlene chapter as well! One of my favorite things about your story is that we get to see the world that surrounds Lily and james and not just lily and james. Who would have thought this, as of now potential, couple had friends and that they were involved with their lives? Go figure. lol. Keep doing what your doing!

But then there are times when she is the sweetest person in the world. I love Marlene to death, though. Prudence (Bloody) Daily needs to find a new boyfriend so she can be happy. Wheeeeee. I am actually really looking forward to this chapter. I like Marlene. I think that out of all the characters, she's the only one I can relate to. Lily's too perfect (and just too Lily-ish), Donna is way too bitchy, etc. But there's something about Marlene that makes her.. well... Marlene. It's amazing how you make all the other characters, and even your OC's so realistic. That's the main reason I love this story so much. Just wanted to say that. Bye!
Having reread chapter 30, in order to get a feel for Marlene's POV I'm really looking forward to the new chapter. Marlene's probably one of the the most normal, relatable characters in the whole story, as said above, and I think the Marlene/Adam situation is one alot of us can relate to. :)
