Hi Jules, I’m… one of your many stalkers, I guess. I’ve been following your fic, your blog and your tumblr for quite some time now, and have never said a word so I feel really creepy. Even though I saw that a lot of other people do the same. But instead of making me feel better, I just feel like some sad little fan writing to a star, which is ridiculous ‘cause… well, you’re just a girl. Makes me wonder about how Internet can bring people from all around the world (I’m French) to follow and love an entity -“It ate my hand”- openly, anonymously or even secretly (as I was up until now) but you’re not “It ate my hand”, you’re a real person, living, eating and all… And now I speak like I know you when you don’t know me at all and it’s just weird. Sorry, Internet-freaks-me-out rant. Anyway, even though you don’t lack fans and reviewers, I suppose I ought to tell you how much I enjoy Tlat. It’s always nice for you I guess and I feel like the worst reader ever for not leaving reviews when I read your fic regularly. Your writing really is excellent, I hope you make something of it in RL someday! I also discovered Doctor Who thanks to you and for that I’ll always be grateful! I’m not as much of a fan of 11 as you are, I’m a Tennant girl, but still, bowties. It makes me want to watch Fringe but I already follow to many shows and I must be reasonable. I must, I must. A lot of time, I’ve wanted to leave a message, but what finally got me doing it was: “I’m anti-dating. I mean, not on principle, but just for me.” You’ve just worded exactly what I feel like. Hum. There are lots of topics where I shared your opinions and some where I disagreed and wanted to say it but that’s the one thing that gets me to actually leave a message? Mmh, that’s bordering on pathetic. And I now realize that I just posted a lot of uninteresting facts about me, and you get a lot of these… Well, deal with your popularity! Your site is great, your story thrilling and you seem like a good person. Keep it up! Anaelle
PS: Tumblr would never let me post something that long (sorry for that by the way), so I went here... Your blog feels really deserted, I feel like I'm alone in a mall, posting a letter in the mailbox, my voice echoing in the corridors...
